Privacy Policy
vioph is committed to protecting the personal data of every Filipino player on our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you hold over your own data under Philippine law.
How vioph Protects Your Data
Six principles that guide how vioph handles your personal information — built on transparency, security, and respect for your rights as a Filipino player.
No Data Selling
vioph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers. Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve your vioph account experience.
Encrypted Storage
All personal data stored on vioph's servers is protected using industry-standard AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit — the same standards used by major Philippine banks.
Your Rights Under DPA
Filipino players are protected by Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012. vioph honours your right to access, correct, and erase your personal data upon verified request.
Minimal Data Collection
vioph collects only the personal data that is strictly necessary to operate your account, process transactions, and comply with PAGCOR KYC requirements. We do not collect data beyond what is needed.
Marketing Opt-Out
Promotional communications from vioph are opt-in only. You can withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
PAGCOR & DPA Compliant
vioph's data practices are aligned with both PAGCOR regulatory requirements and the National Privacy Commission's guidelines under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

1 About This Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how vioph ("we", "us", or "our") — the online gaming platform accessible at vioph.net — collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information in connection with your use of our services. It applies to all registered players, visitors, and any individual whose personal data is processed by vioph.
vioph is committed to complying with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and all applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. We are likewise guided by the regulatory requirements of PAGCOR as they relate to the collection and verification of player data.
By creating a vioph account or continuing to use the vioph platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the platform and contact us to close your account.

vioph does not collect sensitive personal information as defined under Section 3(l) of the DPA — such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or health data — except where an individual voluntarily discloses such information in the context of a responsible gaming self-exclusion or support request, in which case it is handled with heightened care and access controls.
3 How We Collect Your Data
vioph collects personal data through the following means:
3.1 Directly From You
- When you complete the vioph account registration form, providing your name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
- When you upload KYC documents — including a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, or selfie photograph — in connection with a withdrawal request.
- When you deposit or withdraw funds using GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, or Mastercard, which requires the submission of payment account details.
- When you contact vioph's customer support team via live chat or email, you provide us with the content of those communications.
- When you respond to any voluntary survey, promotion, or feedback mechanism on the platform.
3.2 Automatically Through Platform Use
- Technical data such as your IP address, device identifiers, browser type, and session activity is collected automatically whenever you access the vioph platform.
- Usage data — including the games you play, wager sizes, session durations, and betting patterns — is recorded automatically as part of the platform's normal operation and is used for responsible gaming monitoring.
- Cookie and similar tracking technologies collect behavioural data in accordance with Section 7 of this policy.
3.3 From Third Parties
- vioph may receive identity verification results from accredited KYC service providers engaged to assist with document authentication.
- Payment processors transmit transaction confirmation data — including payment status and reference numbers — to vioph upon the completion of a deposit or withdrawal.
- vioph may receive fraud risk signals from third-party fraud detection services to protect the integrity of the platform.
4 How We Use Your Personal Data
vioph uses the personal data we collect for the following specific purposes:
- Account Management: To create, maintain, and administer your vioph account, including processing your registration, authenticating your identity at login, and managing account preferences.
- KYC & Regulatory Compliance: To verify your identity and age (21+ as mandated by PAGCOR) before permitting withdrawals, and to fulfil our obligations under PAGCOR's licensing conditions and applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
- Transaction Processing: To facilitate deposits and withdrawals via your chosen payment method, generate transaction records, and resolve any payment disputes.
- Customer Support: To respond to your enquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a record of our correspondence for quality assurance and compliance purposes.
- Responsible Gaming: To monitor gaming activity for indicators of problem gambling, enforce deposit limits and self-exclusion requests, and fulfil our duty of care obligations to Filipino players on the platform.
- Fraud & Security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorised account access, money laundering, and other illegal or prohibited activities on the vioph platform.
- Platform Improvement: To analyse aggregated usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, test new features, and improve the performance and usability of the vioph platform for Filipino players.
- Marketing (With Consent): To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates by email or SMS — but only where you have given explicit consent and have not subsequently withdrawn it.
5 Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, vioph relies on the following lawful bases for processing your personal data:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing that is necessary to enter into and perform the contract between you and vioph — including account creation, transaction processing, and customer support.
- Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements, anti-money laundering obligations, and the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including KYC verification and transaction record-keeping.
- Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring — where these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms as a data subject.
- Consent: Processing for direct marketing communications, where we rely on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
6 Sharing Your Personal Data
vioph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share personal data only in the limited circumstances described below, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:
6.1 Service Providers
vioph engages carefully selected third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf under binding data processing agreements. These include KYC and identity verification providers, payment processing partners (GCash, PayMaya, and banking partners), fraud detection services, and cloud infrastructure providers. All such providers are contractually required to process your data only on vioph's documented instructions and to maintain appropriate security measures.
6.2 Regulatory Authorities
vioph may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission, or other competent Philippine government authorities where required to do so by law, court order, or in connection with a regulatory examination or investigation.
6.3 Anti-Money Laundering Obligations
vioph is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines as amended. Where required by law or by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), vioph may be obliged to report suspicious transactions or disclose player data without prior notice to the affected player.
6.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a substantial portion of vioph's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the successor entity. vioph will notify registered players of any such transfer in advance, and the successor entity will be bound by commitments consistent with this Privacy Policy.

- Security Cookies: Used to detect and prevent fraudulent login attempts, bot activity, and other security threats against your vioph account.
You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the vioph platform, particularly authentication and session management features.
8 Data Retention
vioph retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law and regulation. The following retention periods apply:
- Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your vioph account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and AMLA record-keeping obligations.

11 Children's Privacy

Age verification controls are applied at the point of account registration and again during the KYC process.
If vioph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age — including minors under 18 — the associated account will be immediately suspended, all data will be securely deleted, and the matter will be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with our regulatory obligations.
12 Third-Party Links
The vioph platform may contain references or links to third-party websites, services, or resources. This Privacy Policy applies solely to personal data processed by vioph. vioph is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party website or service, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external services you access.
vioph's payment partners — including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard — operate under their own privacy policies and are independently responsible for the personal data they process in connection with your transactions.
13 Updates to This Privacy Policy
vioph reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or NPC guidance. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect how we collect, use, or share your personal data — vioph will notify registered players by email at least fourteen (14) days before the amended policy takes effect. Your continued use of the vioph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy.
